London Lisbonite in London: The Vintage and Pearls fair at Angel

I've been a huge fan of the vintage backyard market on Brick Lane for years but after visiting the monthly vintage market at Angel (the first Saturday of every month), I'm transferring my loyalty. I made a couple of wonderful finds including a couple of beautiful 1920's song sheets that I'm going to frame and a green Victorian glass bottle with raised letters on the front that is going to hold all of my flowers from now on. It's a good thing that I was there with one of my best friends or it's quite possible I'd have spent my rent on the various mother-of-pearl hatpins, old factory signs, art deco mirrors and working oil lamps that I found. There was even a tiny upholstered child-sized Victorian armchair carved out of mahogany. I will certainly be back!
