Everybody has, at some point, been at a party or a dinner and felt a yearning for a particularly delicious bit of cake but had to deny themselves the pleasure because it is the last slice left on the plate. Snaffling the last bit of anything, however tempting, just isn't done in company. However, enter Portuguese Rosa Lemos, stage left, with an ingenious solution to the problem. She designed these cake plates for Italian house BosaCeramiche to make sure that nobody feels greedy. I only hope to God that she makes a version for cheese sometime soon. Found via Dezeen.
