Design hotel: Hotel Infante Sagres

My idea of a perfect romantic weekend is a simple one - fantastic hotel, enough old architecture to make it pretty, a couple of conveniently hidden little restaurants to make me feel like I'm getting the local experience and, preferably, being allowed to sit and look at an amazing view while I sip wine all day because it's cultural (rather than because I'm a lush). So I think that a weekend in the city of Porto is on the cards. Somewhere I've been dying to see for a while now is the Hotel Infante Sagres in the northern Portuguese city of Porto. Furnished by Portuguese design house Boca do Lobo, it's a perfect European weekend retreat that combines traditional Portuguese architecture with modern design and art.
