Christmas cards

There's nothing tackier than an e-card. Sending me an email with a link that causes an animated robin to hop jerkily all over my screen like it's choking on a particularly large worm and is trying to perform the Heimlich manoeuvre on itself doesn't make it clear that you care. Don't even get me started on generic text messages sent on Christmas Day or Facebook status updates or, worst of all the texts and updates that acknowledge how tacky, impersonal and superficial their message is. "Bob Smith wishes everyone a very generic Christmas (*Winking smiley face*)". Frankly Bob, you make me feel stabby. Send Christmas cards! Actually, send THESE Christmas cards!
